Quality control applications for performing quality assurance of the products are carried out in 7 steps.
1- Incoming Quality Control
Tthe quality controls when the row materials come from our suppliers. Following controls being done and being reported.
Structural analysis of the product
Hardness controls
Coating thickness controls
Surface roughness controls
Dimensional controls
2- Serial Production Approval Control
4- Serial Production Process Control
5- Tests after CNC Machining
6- Controls at Assembly
7- Tests and Controls after Assembly
All our products are tested with our computerized test machines by simulating the working conditions of vehicles. The test machines gives us following data and enable us to make following controls;
Discharged Air Temperature (°C) / On Compressor discharge
Lubricant Temperature (°C) / On Compressor inlet
Lubricant Temperature (°C) / On Compressor discharge
Lubricant Pressure
Coolant Temperature (°C) / On Compressor discharge
Coolant Flow (lt/min)
Air Flow (lt/min – m3/h)
Air reservoir Pressure (bar)
Compressor Power Consumption
Compressor Speed (rpm)
Measuring oil ratio in discharged air.
Checking if there is air leakage to cooling channels in cylinder head.
Checking the temperature of crankcases, cylinder heads and bearings
