Quality Policy
We are aware that being a preferred company in the sector is only possible by adopting a quality-oriented production approach and ensuring customer satisfaction.
For this reason, by adopting that our most important product is QUALITY, we have aimed to produce QUALITY instead of controlling it. For this purpose, our most important goal is to ensure that QUALITY is formed during production by planning production processes from input to output, error prevention and risk analyses.
Every personnel working in our company is the customer of the previous process. Each personnel is primarily responsible for quality and the primary aim of each personnel is to prevent all possible problems before they occur, that is, to eliminate them at the source.
In order to provide all these and to raise our respected position to higher levels,
We will ensure sustainability and improvement in customer satisfaction by developing and producing trouble-free products that meet or even exceed the quality expectations of our customers.
We will spread the total quality understanding throughout the company and create its infrastructure, organise studies targeting zero defects in our products and increase the value we offer to our customers.
We will follow our defined processes to produce flawless products at the desired time. We will continuously evaluate these processes and carry out the necessary work to improve them as soon as we realise that they are no longer effective. If meeting the desired requirements requires new technologies, production and quality techniques, we will endeavour to provide and implement them by providing the necessary resources.
We will encourage employee participation. We will contribute to the development of our employees with a people-oriented approach based on mutual respect and trust. We will keep up to date with the necessary training needs and provide them.
We will attach importance to occupational health and safety. We will provide all employees with a safe and healthy working environment, as well as the necessary tools and resources to be proactive in protecting the environment.
In line with our strategies, we will define the applicable needs, expectations and conditions of relevant parties and stakeholders and develop solutions for them.
We will comply with laws and regulations. In legal matters, we will not only be satisfied with national legislation, but also comply with the legislation requested by our customers.
In order to increase the quality of the products and services provided by our suppliers, we will strengthen our co-operation with our suppliers, follow and support their development.
We will continuously improve our quality management system by periodically auditing the system, continuously improving our processes through process performance criteria, collecting and analysing appropriate data, evaluating the opportunities for improvement from the results of the analysis, minimising risks and their effects, planning corrective actions for nonconformities that arise, preventing recurrence and performing all other necessary work.
All these are the commitments of our senior management in order to realise our principles and targets.
The senior management also undertakes to ensure the existence and continuity of this policy as documented information, to announce it within the organisation, to carry out the necessary work for the staff to understand and implement it, and to ensure that it is properly accessible to the relevant parties.
