A-Tech Measurement Laboratory is a well-equipped control facility designed to help achieve the desired product characteristics. It is staffed by knowledgeable and experienced technicians. It serves our engineering and manufacturing departments for reverse engineering studies or production process control and validation
Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
In addition to measuring standard geometries, it can quickly perform two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) shape scanning for reverse engineering. These scanning results are obtained as .stl data, which can be used by CAD programs. We can model many shape surface or edges in this way.
A finished CAD data can be opened with CMM's software and part measurement can be done with this data. In this way, we can make reference product or prototype evaluation accurately and precisely. Geometric tolerance control can be performed by using the measurement results of standard geometries. We also use it in automatic serial measurement of parts by programming it as a CNC. The measurement sensitivity is 0.0001 mm. The results can be obtained in various report formats, including CAD data.
Surface Roughness Measurement
- The 33 different surface profile scanning (RA, RZ, RQ, Rmax…) can be done and surface roughness can be measured according to ISO, ASME, JIS, MOTIF standards.
Hardness Measurement
- The hardness of different materials with different hardness can be measured as Brinell (HB5, HB10, HB30) and Rockwell (HRc, HRA, HRB)
